المهام والمسؤوليات

الادارية

• متابعة وتتبع التقدم المحرز في جميع أنشطة المشروع الموكلة إليه لضمان توقع التأخيرات الميدانية

• ضمان الحفاظ على معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة لأنشطة العمل وإن البيانات التي تم إنشاؤها من خلال الأنشطة الميدانية يتم تحديثها على أساس يومي على السجلات المركزية وتخزينها بشكل آمن

• دعم الفريق بالتنسيق مع فرق المشتريات واللوجستية والموارد البشرية

• إعداد وكتابة التقارير الأسبوعية و الدورية

• المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة بناء على طلب المدير المباشر

الفنية

1. تنظيم وقيادة عمليات تقييم الاحتياج الفنية ومجموعات النقاش المركزة والاجتماع مع المقاولين واصحاب المصلحة

2. اعداد دفاتر المواصفات الفنية بما تتناسب مع نشاطات المشروع 

3. التنظيم والإشراف والمراقبة على اعمال المقاول بشكل يومي

4. العمل مع القسم اللوجستي بشكل مباشر للتأكد من دقة وصحة المواصفات المطلوبة للمشروع 

5. وضع المواصفات الفنية للمواد وأنشطة البناء بالتنسيق مع منسق المشروع

6. إعداد التصاميم الفنية كما هو مطلوب للمشروع

7. إعداد وتقديم التقارير اليومية حول أنشطة المشروع والتقدم المحرز في كل موقع 

8. تنظيم أنشطة المراقبة والتقييم مع الفريق الميداني والمتعلق على وجه الخصوص بالجوانب الفنية والتقنية لتنفيذ المشروع وتطوير وكتابة الدروس المستفادة المتعلقة بالتنفيذ الفني

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• هندسة مدنية /اختصاص انشائي – مدني عام – طبوغرافيا/ او هندسة عمارة 

• خبرة سابقة في دراسة و تنفيذ مشاريع انشاء المخيمات (تسويةالموقع -فرش الطرقات-بناء تواليتات- شبكات الصرف الصحي و المياه)

• معرفة في استخدام البرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة Autocade civil 2D 

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل الانساني مع المنظمات 

• مهارات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

• مهارات الاتصال ممتازة ، بين الأفراد ، وحل المشكلات

• مهارات ممتازة مايكروسوفت أوفيس / أنترنت

• القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع الموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة

Finance Officer (Gaziantep)

Function and Organizational Relationships:
the Finance Officer Performs accounts payable accounting function including receiving and matching invoices, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping. The Finance Officer coordinates activities with Sub-offices, bookkeeps, Warehouse Officer and Projects Managers. The Finance Officer reports directly to Finance Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for Donor on Monthly basis.
• Review all expenditures and ensure that they are legally accurate and within the budgets and make sure that all payments are properly charged to the projects in accounting system according to the financial procedures.
• Scan all supporting documents on regular basis to ensure up to data information is available as and when required.
• Maintaining up to date files of all financial data and archive in an organized and secured manner.
• Assist Finance team in HQ in all audits whether external, Internal, or Project audits.
• Performs other related tasks and duties assigned by Finance Manager
• Start date: 01-10-2020
• Duty Station: Turkey
• Duration of the contract: 6 months
• Probation period: 2 months
• Hours of work: from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 Am to 5.30 Pm (including one-hour lunch break)
• Annual Paid Vacation: 14 days/year plus 1 day paid sick leave/month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics
• 2 year of experience in Finance position.
• Good Knowledge of: budget control, cash-flow, B.V.A., spending plan.
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills in Outlook and OneDrive.
• Advance level in Excel.
• Good experience with accounting software specially QuickBooks Pro.
• Analytical skills and good attention to details.
• Ability to communicate in English (Writing and Speaking).
• Experience in humanitarian field is a plus.
• Turkish Language is a plus.
• Holds Turkish Citizenship.

Grant Officer (Gaziantep)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where you will manage external grants provided by donors, partners and, stakeholders. Design, develop grant proposals, create reliable reports, information and produce visual and intelligence presentations from projects data.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Full understanding of NGO overall operations, objectives, donor relations, and grants management.
• Excellent skills in grant and external funding sources, research, funding proposal planning, designing, writing and presenting funding proposals to donors.
• Experience in the Need Assessment Reports designing formulated on the Syrian context
• Ability to develop effective surveys for different sections within programs departments.
• Ability to collect data from different surveys and sources to develop status reports.
• Collect the progress data from the programs team and design reports to reflect monthly progress reports and activities reports
• Ability to understand policies, procedures, collect facts, design and develop policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to examine donor contracts point out all concerns, and potential issues for the project execution, grants distribution and management.
• Ability to perform cross-functional work and synchronize grants management and project activities with programs, procurement, human resources, and finance project activities to meet program objectives in a timely manner and in accordance with Maram Foundation guidelines and donor regulations;
• Develop and prepare financial budget plans and grants allocation, along with the finance department
• Manage distribution of grants be applied on timely manner to projects phases according to the donor, standards and policy and in accordance to the financial needs of the project.
• Knowledge and Experience in the HRP, HNO, OPS, HPC and GMS
• Representing Maram in donors meeting and attending SNA, AWG and the general meeting with donors.
• Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, and apply government regulations and proposal guidelines.
• Perform other related duties assigned by line manager when required.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in in Public Affairs, Communications, English, Journalism, Education or a related field.
• In depth knowledge of the Syrian conflict, Syrian NGOs and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience writing grant proposals and reports to both government and private funding sources.
• Experience coordinating grant development teams.
• Experience researching and identifying funding sources and requirements.
• Experience interpreting requests for proposals, reporting cycles and funding guidelines. Experience developing and monitoring budgets
• Analytical and evaluative skills to conduct independent research and analysis,
• Flaunt in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is definite plus.
• Valid Turkish residency permits and ability to travel in the region.

• Work is performed in an office environment.
• Work also involves sitting at a computer and being on the phone for extended period of time
• Proficiency in the presentation applications
• Tight grant timelines require the incumbent in this classification to work flexible hours
