  • Maram Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in Turkey. Maram is dedicated to providing assistance to refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) since the beginning of the Syrian Crisis in 2011.

    MF works to provide assistance to the lives of people affected by armed conflict and other situations of violence. We aim to provide cross-sectoral collaborative and sustainable initiatives that bridge humanitarian assistance and development according to the needs of communities living inside and outside Syria.

    Main Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Identify key government actors and appropriate approach routes for NGO communications and relationship building. Map out, and work to build and maintain strong working relationships with, district and provincial level government actors on behalf of organization. Drafting MOUs and protocols.
    • Support the Program team in obtaining projects approvals from the authorities. Regularly coordinate with Liaison staff from other INGOs and national NGOs to ensure inter-agency learning. List/map and support with the assessment of number of potential partners to determinetheir suitability to work with organization. With the Program Manager, support the Partnership Coordinator to undertake review meetings with partners, with attention given to the relationship aspects of partnership collaboration. With the support of the Program Manager and Program Quality Manager and under the supervision of the Partnership Coordinator,
    • review organizational assessments of partners or conduct new assessments and develop appropriate time bound development work plans. Produce monthly reports on liaison, coordination and partnership activities for dissemination within the Program Team and the Senior Management Team.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor degree in Administration or other studies related to the job description.
    • More than Two years of relevant experience.
    • Computer Skills: MS office specially Excel, advanced excel skill is required.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good experience with GMS, Proposals development, submissions, follow up, budgeting, financials, revisions and execution.
    • Experience working in humanitarian projects.
    • Excellent report writing skills in English and Arabic.
