Security is necessary for all aspects of the life of all kinds, including human security, which is related to the human being and with his accompanying human rights in light of international or local conflicts, thus achieving security in local or international conflicts through human rights and humanitarian intervention.

The Security and Safety Department makes a strategy for managing security risks in the work areas (AOR) in the projects and evaluating and analyzing the risks to reach the preventive security triangle (acceptance/protection/deterrence) by collecting information, rehabilitating, and training the security team inside Syria, and then preparing a security incident report.
