- Manage and monitor the ongoing project activities administered directly by Maram Foundation and its partners.
- Support the Program Coordinator in following up and tracking the progress of all relevant program activities to ensure field delays are forecasted.
- Compile information on project progress from the project team for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with the data entry and MEAL teams to maintain accurate and updated information on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports based on validated information from the project team and ground.
- Other related tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering / Administration or other studies related to the job description.
- More than Two years of relevant experience, including at least two years in CASH programming.
- Computer Skills: MS office specially Excel, advanced excel skill is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good experience with GMS, Proposals development, submissions, follow up, budgeting, financials, revisions and execution.
- Experience working in humanitarian/ CASH interventions and recovery projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders
- Excellent report writing skills in English and Arabic.

Summary:
The Program Officer will support Maram Foundation CASH programming in Turkey in the overall monitoring of the Earthquake emergency response portfolio.
The program officer will carry out the overall day-to-day management of the potential project by collaborating with the Programme Coordinator and the project team and support departments. S/he will be fully allocated to the project.
The program officer will work closely with the Programme coordinator to follow up on implementing the activities, communicate, prepare the interim and final reports, lead and supervise the team, and distribute the responsibilities among the team based on a fair estimate of the level of effort.
