- Position: PSEA Officer
- Location: Gaziantep
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver PSEA training field staff, humanitarian, and non-humanitarian workers on how to mitigate and identify SEA risks, in addition to PSEA mainstreaming and response.
- Engage women, girls, boys and men of communities of concern in the design, implementation and evaluation of developing the existing complaint and feedback mechanisms to ensure they are confidential, culturally appropriate and accessible.
- Support tracking and reporting of PSEA project activities.
- Perform other duties related to project implementation as required.
- Ensure that PSEA content is included in staff induction, contracts and subcontracting and job evaluation criteria
- Develop and conduct awareness raising activities/sessions for local communities.
- ASSIST IN DEVELOPING THE PSEA PROGRAM STRATEGY, IDENTIFYING NEW AREAS OF INTERVENTION, AND DEVELOPING ON-GOING INITIATIVES
Qualifications
- Flaunt in Arabic and Very Good knowledge in English language.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience, preferring at least one year of experience in Civil Society Organization (CSO) management.
- Professional experience in Project Cycle Management (PCM);
- Comprehensive understanding of the Syrian conflict, Syrian NGOs and stakeholders; personal awareness and engagement;
