Summary
The Program Officer will support Maram Foundation CCCM programming in Syria in the overall monitoring of the CCCM portfolio that focuses on improving the living conditions of displaced persons living in camps or camp-like settings, by ensuring that populations are protected and have equitable access to services.
The CCCM Program Officer will report to the Program Coordinator on a frequent and scheduled basis.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, Revise, Update, and file with donors CCCM proposals on behalf of Maram Foundation in Northwest Syria by working closely with other departments within Maram Foundation finance, and logistic departments and other actors, considering budget, time, and resources.
- Manage the execution, implementation, budget, resources and on time delivery of new projects for refugees/ IDPs to meet Maram Foundation standards of quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines.
- Manage and monitor the ongoing CCCM project activities administered directly by Maram Foundation and its partners.
- Support the CCCM Program Coordinator in following up and tracking the progress of all CCCM program activities to ensure field delays are forecasted.
- Compile information on project progress from the field team for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with the data entry and MEAL teams to maintain accurate and updated information on a daily basis.
- Follow up any construction and engineering activities in the field and provide technical support to the field staff whenever is needed.
- Support CCCM activities by coordinating tasks with procurement, Logistic and HR teams.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports based on validated information from the field.
- Represent CCCM department in meetings, trainings and workshops whenever requested by line manager.
- Other related tasks as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Architecture or other studies related to the job description.
- More than Two years of relevant experience, including at least One year in CCCM management.
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD skills, MS office specially Excel, advanced Excel skills are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good experience with GMS, Proposals development, submissions, follow up, budgeting, financials, revisions and execution.
- Experience working in humanitarian/recovery projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Excellent report writing skills in English and Arabic.
