Position: Health Program Coordinator

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• In coordination with the Head of Programs; designs and maintains monitoring and supervision tools for the field-based officers to be used in monitoring the service delivery at Maram-supported CBICs and health facilities in an efficient and high-quality manner.
• Supports and reviews the work plans and ensures regular follow up with the field health focal point in the CBIC and the CBIC Manager on regular basis to determine and addresses any technical challenges hindering the work.
• Provides technical guidance and oversight to implemented projects.
• Leads the Technical Coordination between Projects’ Managers, logistics officers, and all other the support units to ensure that the projects implementation is running in a systematic and timely manner.
• Supports in compiling timely project reports and other donor’s requirements while ensuring gathering of relevant health data, and performing weekly and monthly analysis.
• Supports in conducting initial needs assessments for determining areas of assistance.
• In coordination with HR, Head of Programs, assist in training Maram program staff to build capacity for full and effective participation in health activities whilst conforming to the health authority protocols.
• Represents Maram in the Health Cluster meetings and related forums.
• Enforce country regulations and laws.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by CEO.
Qualifications
• Medical graduate preferably with post-graduation in public health, social work, or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience working with NGOs/INGOs in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and track budgets and performance against program indicators.
• Skill in organizing work of self and others.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse groups of people.
Job Requirements Related to the Syrian Conflict
1. In depth knowledge of the Syrian conflict, Syrian NGOs and stakeholders
2. Flaunt in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is definite plus.
3. Valid Turkish residency permits and ability to travel in the region.
